The Chillout Consortium PLANET LOUNGE managed to introduce another masterpiece with the new production CASCADE. As on the previous CDs ELECTRIC BOLERO und NAZIM the musicians are Percussionist Hakim Ludin from Afghanistan, Japanese electric magician and Keyboardist Naoki Kenji as well as German Jazzpianist and keyboardist Christoph Spendel. Like on the previous productions all songs are composed and produced by the three musicians. Therefore the sound of the trio is defined by the musical sources oft he three personalities: Hakim Ludin with his percussion instruments from all over the world. Naoki Kenji, the master of electronic microcosm and snsitive programming. Christoph Spendel, whose soloing can be compared to storytelling. The music could be compared to Chill, Lounge, World, Nu Jazz etc. It could also be considered as a sound CASCADE , that may put a spell on the listener.
