British heavy metal band Grim Reaper was formed in 1979 in Droitwich, England, by guitarist Nick Bowcott. The band really took off after the addition of vocalist Steve Grimmett. The debut album "See You In Hell" sold a quarter of a million copies in the US. "Fear No Evil" was their second album. Bowcott´s guitar work and Grimmett´s lead vocals gave Grim Reaper an unmistakeable sound.
The current lineup continues to tour the UK and Europe. They did a short tour of Greece and Cyprus in November 2011 and released the Limited Edition "Live in Europe 2011".
In 2013 Steve Grimmett´s Grim Reaper will be recording a new studio album, their first since 1987 for release later in the year.
