Canadian alt-pop legends Delerium return with Remixed: The Definitive Collectionon March 30, 2010. The albumis a career encompassing collection including stellar remixes of Delerium’s biggest songs like “Silence” featuring Sarah McLachlan, “Innocente” featuring Leigh Nash and “Angelicus” featuring Isabel Bayrakdarian.
Delerium’s music has been remixed by some of the best and brightest electronic music producers over the years. Tiësto, Niels Van Gogh, Deep Dish, Above & Beyond, DJ Dan and more are set side by side in this unique collection. The album will appear in both individual tracks and continuous mix format.
Also included will be two new tracks, “Send Me An Angel,” featuring fellow Nettwerk label artist Miranda Lee Richards, and the recently released “Dust In Gravity,” featuring Canadian R’n’B sensation and two time Juno nominee Kreesha Turner.
“I was so excited when I got the call that Delerium wanted my vocals on ‘Dust In Gravity,” shares Turner. “How could I not say yes!? I’ve been such a fan of theirs for so many years, and of course, like so many, a huge fan of the track “Silence” featuring Sarah McLachlan. I was honored to become a part of the list of talented and eclectic female vocalists that Delerium has chosen to work with over the years.”
Turner continues, "The most exciting part of the collaboration was having to cross our two very different worlds of music. Finding that middle ground between both of our genres and sounds was what made the experience so rewarding!”
When asked why Delerium has worked with such a vast array of female vocalists, Delerium founder Bill Leeb explains, "Working with different types of vocals is what inspires me. If I hear something that rings a bell or vibe for me, I go for it, which is why we've worked with everyone from Isabel Bayrakdarian to Kreesha Tuner. I don’t want to be limited to any one genre or set any boundaries when working within Delerium. I like to have access to the entire world of music."

Delerium—Bill Leeb and his long time collaborator/co-producer Rhys Fulber—r leased their Nettwerk debut album Semantic Spaces in 1995, which was followed by breakthrough album Karma in 1997, featuring hit single “Silence” with Sarah McLachlan on vocals. Other albums include Poem (2001), Chimera (2005) and Nuages Du Monde (2006). The duo has gone on to sell over a million albums in North America alone. Leeb and Fulber also have a number of other highly regarded musical collaborations under their belt, most notably the influential industrial act Front Line Assembly, while Fulber has found solo success as a producer and lately with his celebrated ethno-ambient pop project Conjure One.
