Almost twelve years after BIONIC's debut "Rest In Peace" (1995) and the comeback with "Close To Nature" (2010), a brand new and even more refreshed album will hit the shops in April 2012.
Whereas "Close To Nature" transferred the classic EBM styles and roots from the 90s debut into this decade, "Meadowland" truly breaks new ground for the project of singer/composer Dariusch Dalili.
Adding heavy breakbeat sounds, guitars, pumping basslines, catchy lyrics and melodies the twelve songs create a dense, dark and intoxicating atmosphere instantly stimulating mind and feet.
Songs like "Contamination", which is the first EP-single of the album, or the instrumental dance track "Control The Earth" are full of details and simply fun to listen to - as loud as possible!
"Meadowland" will be released on April 13th, with the first EP "Contamination" to be released on February 24th. The EP contains the title track plus three special instrumental playback versions. The band is also working on a new live setup to perform BIONIC's unique style of dark, rythmic and electronic music on stage.
