Bittersweet memorial: concept album of the successful German Gothic project. They are one of the pioneers of ambitious dark music with German lyrics. Since 1993 Illuminate convince with their melodic and melancholy soundscapes and their touching Black poetry. On this new concept album the project around singer and songwriter Johannes Berthold once again creates a bittersweet memorial for all senses with classical elements and romantic piano parts as well as dance rhythms, heavy guitars and firm drum sounds.
