"Harmonizer" is APOPTYGMA BERZERK's fourth studio album. It has been described by fellow band member Geir Bratland as lead singer Stephan Groth's most personal album. Many of the lyrics were heavily influenced by Stephan's divorce from his ex-wife Cathrine and his relationship with their daughter Iben.
Stylistically, the album has been described as a highly polished blend of EBM, electronic dance music and synthpop. "Harmonizer" did well on the German charts, with the album's singles "Suffer in Silence", "Until the End of the World" and "Unicorn" all faring well.
This re-issue features a selection of bonus songs on Side D and is presented as a beautiful gatefold LP with two heavy vinyls and printed inserts.
