Die Braut titled their new album "World of Lies" which will be released by January in 2010. Die Braut have returned to their unique sound in order to make music for their fans again. This would have been impossible without some major changes in the production process and in the way, the band collaborates with it's new label. "World of Lies" again expresses the point of view of Cris and Katia on the society they are living in. Since the first CD "Unsehbar" has already dealt with political and social issues in Chile, the new album criticizes politics and corruption, drug dealing and arms trade. It is a melancholic symbiosis of accusation, deep sadness and historical remembrance when Die Braut deal with Chilean history, their childhood and social grievances. But it is not just about fighting or defending - "World of Lies" tries to find a way out of all these problems through music and tries to establish peaceful connections to other Latin-American countries in order to overcome all this hate and lies. Let this be an example throughout the whole world!
