Starmatter is a new project that offers an amazing sort of ‘90s Vintage Rave-Electro‘!!!
The artistic expression of Star Matter was born in September 2011 from the energetic fusion of Alex de Siena and Claudio Dondo, led by Giovanni Indorato in their expressive career. Alex de Siena “L’essere e il nulla” (“Being and Nothing”) comes from the rave-alternative scene of Amsterdam where she expressed herself in several different artistic forms, from choreography to music.
Claudio Dondo comes from dark ambient industrial and electronic music where he was responsible for the project RUNES ORDER and many other music projects in the same area. Giovanni Indorato has been working in the music world for 20 years as executive producer and distributor of alternative music, from extreme metal to electronic music.
“ChemTrails_Era” is the picture of their past year spent exchanging energy, and trying to direct it, capture it, and channel it into 70 minutes of music. This album aims to transmit this same energy to those who listen to it, to make them think, and to wake them up. Cry, laugh, feel unsettled, dance, sing, dream, transcend… Everything has been played without the use of MIDI, everything is rigorously analogue, everything has been recorded capturing live energy with a punk attitude. A cosmic flux critical to mankind, to the luminaries and the enlightened, critical to everything and everybody, with sunlight which is nearly always darkened but is still there. A soundtrack of the near future, a mantra-rave, a journey into awareness.
