Emmon is the solo project of Swedish singer and songwriter Emma Nylén. She is also a member of the band Paris from Stockholm, who released two albums so far. Since 2001, she has been active also as a solo artist, experimenting with artificial sounds and working as a DJ and remixer (for The Knife and others).
In 2007, Emmon's first solo album „The Art & The Evil“ was finally released by the Swedish label Wonderland Records. The Swedish press was enthusiastic, and the great mélange of melodic pop, electro and disco in combination with Emma's warm, elegant vocals won many fans in a short time. During her 36 live shows so far, the audiences also witnessed the uniqueness of the all-round artist Emmon.
