Apron . Der Punch

2014 apRon are back !
After  apRon did a scene hit with their disco Metal Single “IDGAFUCK” in the year 2011, the musicians moved back to pursue their largest project ever; their new album „The Punch“.
It was financed by crowdfunding in sensational 10 days by the numerous fans apRon. “THE PUNCH” is the first „Listening Comic“ this planet has ever seen! Parallel to the musical recordings, there is a 120-page „graphic novel“ with drawings by the artist Andi Papelitzky, a cover artwork by the renowned Munich Street Artists Michael „Fester“ Heinz-Fischer and texts by apRon drummer Medusa.
The chapters of the comic are set to music by apRon on their upcoming album; It’s narrator, who takes you through the story of the 11 songs, is THOMAS LINDER, vocalist of the band SCHANDMAUL.
ApRon have created a distinctive and unique sound, which is somewhere between “System of a Down” and “EAV”.
