Летом 1995 года небольшая звукозаписывающая компания RAS DVA RECORDS оказала большое влияние на индустриальную музыку, выпустив сборник из четырех компакт-дисков THERE IS NO TIME.
Созданный основателем лейбла и бывшим ди-джеем радио колледжа RIC LACIAK, «quad comp» представил современное состояние индустриальной андеграундной музыки, включив в него десятки исполнителей с различных лейблов со всего мира. Исторический и беспрецедентный, THE IS NO TIME быстро стал одним из знаковых релизов жанра.
PASSING STRANGERS посвящен RAS DVA RECORDS и Ric - видению того, что могло бы быть - и всем во всем мире, кто любит эту музыку так же сильно, как и мы.
