After the live burial of Kuroshio Current on october 2008, the founder, aQi Kuroshio, planned to start a new project. It took almost one year to lick the wounds, to find the inspiration and motivation to write new music. Meanwhile, in seeking the lost drive and energy to produce new music, aQi started to play more dj gigs on goth/industrial parties. After almost a year, on 09.09.09 a new project Kuroshio was born.
Kuroshio's music could be described as a combination of dark psy and trance meets electro industrial, not forgetting the oldschool ebm and techno influences. Danceable pounding beats and sometimes classical film score style arrangements compined into one electronic motion. Lyrics are mostly inspired by the science fiction horror movies, cyberpunk and dreams of electronic sheep, haunted by the nightmares of post apocalyptic world. Get Hacked!
